By using Haunt, you accept these terms.
Health and safety
Haunt is a horror/entertainment app that produces flickering/flashing light and sudden sounds.
- Photosensitive epilepsy: Light effects are limited to 3 flashes per second; nevertheless, people with a history of seizures should use it with caution.
- Heart conditions / pregnancy: Intense content is not recommended due to sudden sound and light.
- Use is at your own risk. The panic button and "Hey Siri, Haunt stop" stop everything at any moment.
Compatibility
Haunt is compatible with Philips Hue lights and other smart home devices.
Licence
Haunt is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. The app is provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haunt is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
User-Generated Content — Zero Tolerance Policy
Haunt allows users to create and share horror scenario scripts (UGC). By publishing content, you agree that:
- Prohibited content: Objectionable, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content is strictly forbidden.
- Content removal: Haunt will remove reported or moderated content within 24 hours of notification.
- Account action: Users who violate these rules will have their content removed and may be permanently banned from the platform.
- Reporting: You can report any content or user via the in-app report function or by contacting [email protected].
Publishing content constitutes your acceptance of these rules. Haunt reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice for violations.
